Theresa Moltoni OAM

Theresa is the Managing Director and a Legal Practitioner at IRIQ Law. Theresa serves on the PA Research Foundation Board and the Australian Super Qld Advisory Board. Theresa is also the Founding Chair of the Dancing CEOs annual event which raises money for vital support services for victims of domestic violence.

Theresa holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southern Queensland and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law. Theresa was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland on 2 May 2017 and the High Court of Australia on 12 January 2018. She was awarded an OAM for service to Industrial Relations in the 2016 Queens Birthday Honours.

Theresa’s experience spans more than 25 years and covers a wide range of Senior Executive roles in a number of industry sectors. She has held Senior Executive HR roles in Telstra, in both State and Federal Governments including as State Manager for the Office of the Employment Advocate/Workplace Authority, as Global Head of HR for leading retailer the Super Retail Group and at WorkPac initially as the HR/IR Director and subsequently as the CEO. Theresa has served on the Management Committee of the Industrial Relations Society of Queensland as Vice President Employer and its National body ALERA. Theresa has also represented Australian business, as a member of the Australian Delegation, at the United Nations annual ILO convention.

Theresa founded IRIQ in 2008, a very successful Workplace Relations Consulting and Employment Law firm that operates across Australia.

Deborah is a Shareholder in OnTalent and holds the position of Head of Careers, Leadership Development and Consulting Services. 

Deborah has over two decades of experience partnering with individuals and organisations to provide guidance and support, career and leader programs that translate into positive outcomes.  She leads a team of career specialists, executive coaches and facilitators working across Australia and New Zealand. 

As a highly experienced Executive Coach, Deborah works with C-Suite clients leading themselves and their organisations through changing and complex environments.  She has a proven track record in working with Executives to support them in realising their potential – helping them push through the barriers and challenges that often prohibit growth.  Realising their leadership aspirations and delivering their strategy through building individual, team and organisational capability.   

With over 25 years in executive roles, including CEO of a listed entity, Deborah brings commerciality, a great understanding of people and organisational dynamics and a practical approach to change and success.  She drives outcomes through creating a challenging and rewarding environment.

She is a Fellow, Australian Institute of Company Directors; Holds a Master of Organisational Leadership; Cert IV Training & Assessment; Dip of Management; Accredited Coach, Growth Coaching International. She is on numerous boards including Deputy Chair TAFE Queensland; Aviation Australia and FOGS (Former Origin Greats).
